At no additional charge, drones are used on any homes too tall or steep to walk the roof, and thermal imaging is used to confirm any potential water or insulation leaks in the home! 

Ross Nussle (TREC: 25448) is the lead home inspector and owner of SFR Inspections. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2008, his career path turned towards multi-family management / rehabilitation. Ten years in the apartment industry came and went, and he ultimately switched gears to investing in real estate and focusing more on the building science of Single Family Residential houses. Before home inspections, Ross was a real estate agent for a number of years and understands the dynamic relationship between all parties involved in a real estate transaction. Presenting deficiencies to a client can be informative without being alarmist!
